배너는 고객의 맞춤 주문에 따른 인쇄이므로 배너에 대한 환불을 해 드리지는 않습니다.
배너의 디자인을 고객께서 인터넷의 웹상에서 확인 하신 후에 인쇄에 들어 가게 됨으로 고객님께서 미처 발견하시지 못한 실수로
인한 것은 저희가 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 인쇄상의 문제가 저희로 인하여 발생하였을 경우에 한하여서 기꺼이 다시 인쇄를
하여서 보내드리겠습니다.
배너의 사이즈의 경우는 가로 세로의 폭이 각각 1~3인치 내외에서 차이가 있을 수 있음을 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
배너천의 제조회사의 제조와 배너의 가공에 따라 1인치 정도의 가감이 있을 수 있음을 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
뿐만아니라 배너천에 인쇄하는 것이므로 인쇄색조가 컴퓨터 모니터로 보시는 것과는 다를 수 있습니다.
사용시 배너와 물의 접촉을 삼가하여 주시기 바랍니다. 물기가 건조된 이후에는 물기의 가장자리 테두리가 배너의 남게 되는
경우도 있습니다. 내부나 외부에 거치 하셨을 경우게 직사광선이나 빗물 등의 자연현상에 의한 색조의 변화나 배너천의
마모를 저희가 책임을 지지 않습니다.
배너스탠드를 사용하셔서 발생하는 위험에 관한 책임을 저희가 지지 않음을 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.
아멘애드에서는 어느 누구에게나 이유에 대한 설명없이 서비스 제공을 거부할 수 있는 권리를 가지고 있습니다.
고객이 인쇄를 위하여 제공하여 주시는 자료에 대해서는 제3자의 지적 재산권을 침해할 경우에는 고객께서 법적인 책임을 지게
됩니다.
또한 고객의 제3자의 지적 재산권을 침해로 인한 법적인 피해에서 아멘애드는 법적 인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
가격표시에 오타나 잘못이 있을 경우에는 아멘애드에서 수정할 수 있는 권리가 있습니다.
*가로 세로 폭은 제조회사와 마감방법에 따라 1~3인치 내외에서 변동이 있을 수 있습니다.
**대형배너는 실사현수막천을 주로 사용하여 인쇄합니다.
***배너나 X배너의 조립및 설치는 사용자가 직접 하셔야 합니다.
****현수막천의 종류나 인쇄의 방법은 현수막 천 제조회사의 제품이 상이하거나 인쇄기계의 기종에 따라 인쇄잉크의 종류가 아멘애드 임의로 변경될 수 있습니다.
Due to the nature of Custom print jobs, AmenAd is not able to offer a refund on the banners. Customers will see a design proof for all Custom orders showing the placement, images, text and font for the order on the website of www.AmenAd.com. Once the customer approves a design proof, AmenAd cannot accept responsibility for errors made or missed by the customer.
If a printing error is made on our part on a Custom banner, AmenAd will be glad to reprint the banner.
Banner sizes can fluctuate slightly with banner finishing techniques; please allow a difference of 1" in each direction when planning your installation or display. Also, please note that banners are similar to fabrics, and color variations should be expected.
AmenAd also cannot accept responsibility for liability made by the customer using a X Banner Stand.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.
The client hereby warrants and represents that any data (photographs, drawings, phrases, language) provided to Company by client for production of a banner, or sign does not violate the intellectual property rights of a third party. Client shall indemnify and hold Company harmless if any data does violate the intellectual property rights of a third party.
AmenAd has the right to change or correct the price when there is a typo, mistake or incorrect value on the price.
